3d Printed face masks

The spread of Coronavirus has become a never-ending situation and today, face masks have become one of the essential products in our lives.We are aiming to To design and manufacture durable face masks with great aesthetics for people to use regularly to protect themselves from the spread of COVID-19.

Our project aims at providing a 3D printed face mask with additional aesthetic features that has a replaceable filter. Our product mainly solves the problems of people who regularly use masks at workplaces and require an affordable and durable mask which they could use for a longer period of time compared to the regular fabric masks.

GOALS

This project aims to design and manufacture face masks whose features are: 

  • Durable and aesthetically good masks

  • Appropriate Filter placement to reduce aerosol particles entering the mask.

  • Additional features to increase the comfort of the user.
